Welcome to Block Legends! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Legends game ("the Game") provided by RIDEV YAZILIM SİSTEMLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"). By using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Game.

1. Age Requirement & Parental Supervision

The Game is rated 9+ and is intended for users who are at least 9 years old. If you are under 13, you may use the Game only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting a child to use the Game, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf.

The Game includes a parental control system that allows parents/guardians to monitor and manage certain features (e.g., chat visibility and access to chat). Parents/guardians are responsible for configuring these settings and for the child's activity within the Game.

2. Account Creation and Usage

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Game.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to secure your account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Prohibited Actions

When using the Game, do not engage in:

• Any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Harassment, threats, or actions that disturb or harm other users.
• Sharing content that includes insults, racism, discrimination, sexual content, or violence.
• Using the Game for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, selling accounts/items for real money).
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account closure at our discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you create or share in the Game. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Game. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including code, artwork, designs, audio, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game.

6. Purchases and Payments (if applicable)

If the Game offers in-game purchases, all payments are processed by the relevant platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). We do not store your payment information. Prices and availability of virtual items may change without notice. Refunds, if any, are subject to the platform's policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.

7. Termination and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause (including for violations of these Terms). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Where required by law, we will provide notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a secure and reliable experience, but the Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including parental control and children's data handling where applicable.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Game or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
